Worth writing about

Something on the site is wrong, broken, or behaving in a way that surprised you.
A billing question. We'd rather hear from you early than have you discover a charge later.
A privacy concern. If something here contradicts what the privacy page says, that's a bug we need to know about.
An idea. We can't build everything, but we read everything.

We try to respond within a few business days. There is no chatbot. There is no ticket auto-reply. If we owe you an answer, you'll hear from a person.
